- 設備巡檢：透過掃描設備識別碼進行巡檢，搭配拍照，確保巡檢的真實性；根據巡檢項目的情況，自動生成巡檢報告；支援打印和存檔，以確保資料完整性。
- 設備維修：掃碼報修，搭配拍照、故障説明，確保報修的及時性；報修、派工、維修、驗收全部流程化，每個節點的負責人都能及時通知，減少設備損壞造成的損失。
- 設備保養：根據保養内容，拍照記錄，存檔保養結果，必要時發起維修或者備件更換。
- 備品管理與領用：維護備品資料，備品入庫登記，自動成入庫單號，領用留存記錄。
