THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU OR THE ENTITY THAT YOU REPRESENT(HEREINAFTER“YOU”or“YOUR”)AND JODOO INTERNATIONAL PTE.LTD,GOVERNING YOUR USE OF JODOO ALL-in-ONE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT PLATFORM.
Scope of Services under this Agreement
We provide All-in-One Application Development Platform.You may use the Services for your personal and business use or for internal business purpose in the organization that you represent. The service scope of this agreement includes all the services provided to you by JODOO. You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in order to accept the Agreement. If you do not agree to the General Terms, do not use any of our Services.
Registration
You need to sign up for a user account by providing all required information in order to access or use the Services. If you represent an organization and wish to use the Services for corporate internal use, You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your organization account password, appointing a commissioner as the administrator of your organization account, and ensuring that all activities related to your organization account comply with this agreement. You understand that JODOO is not responsible for your account management and internal management of services.
You agree that:
1. Provide true, accurate, up-to-date and complete information about you according to the tips of the registration process;
2. And maintain and timely update the information provided during registration to keep it true, accurate, up-to-date and complete.
3. If you provide any untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete information, or JODOO has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, JODOO may terminate your account and reject any or all services currently or in the future.
Restrictions on Use
In addition to all other terms and conditions of this agreement,you shall not:
1. Transfer services or provide them in other ways to any third party;
2. Provide any service based on the service without prior written permission;
3. Unless permitted by applicable laws, attempt to disassemble, reverse the program or decompile services;
4. Use the third link of the website without agreeing with its terms and conditions;
5. Publish links to the third website or use its logo, company name, etc. without its prior written permission;
6. Attempt to access the service or its related system or network without authorization and use any server, network, computer system or resource that may damage, prohibit, overburden, damage or harm JODOO
7. Use the Service to send or store materials containing software viruses or other harmful computer codes, files, scripts or programs, or any interference or damage to the Service, its components and the data contained;
8. Hosting, displaying, uploading, modifying, publishing, transmitting, storing, updating or sharing any information belonging to another person or entity and for which you have no rights, including the personal or confidential information of any person or entity without the consent or permission of the person or entity.
You agree to take full responsibility for the content you transmit through the service. You agree not to expose this service to or transmit materials that violate the law, slander, harassment, slander, infringe upon other’s privacy, abuse, threat, harmful, vulgar, sentimental, obscene or other materials that make others dislike, offend religious sentiment, incite racism, contain viruses or malicious code, or infringe or may infringe upon his intellectual property rights or other rights. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the service if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you will engage in any illegal or unauthorized activities. In addition, if JODOO receives complaints about any violation of laws or third party rights in such content, JODOO will have the right to block your access or delete such content provided by you.
Fees and payments
You can view the prices of the products and services we provide to you on the corresponding pages and click to complete the order according to the guidelines.If you register for a free trial of one or more Services, JODOO will make the applicable Services available to you on a trial basis free of charge. We may change the price of any service; however, before the expiration of the current subscription plan, any increase in fees will not be appropriate.
Personal information and privacy
The personal information you provide to JODOO through this service is subject to JODOO'sPrivacy Policy. You choose to use this service indicates that you accept the terms of it. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to you or any third party due to unauthorized access, unauthorized usage of your account or other reasons.
We respect your ownership of the content you create or store. You own what you create or store. Except as expressly permitted by you, your use of the service will not grant JODOO to use, copy, modify, publish or distribute the content you create or store in your account in the purpose of business, marketing or any similar goals. However, you grant JODOO the right to access, copy, distribute, store, transfer, reformat, publicly display and publicly execute the contents of your account, and only provide services to you as needed.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
You clearly understand and agree that the insurance for your services shall be borne by you. These services are provided as is. JODOO expressly disclaims any form of express or implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. JODOO does not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted, timely, safe or error free. Any materials that you download or obtain through this service shall be determined and insured by you. You will be fully responsible for any damage to your computer system, mobile phone, cable equipment or data caused by using this service or downloading any such materials. Any suggestions or information obtained from JODOO, its members or representatives do not constitute any warranty not expressly stated in the agreement.
You agree that under no circumstances will JODOO be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, punitive or other loss or damage caused by your use of the Service or your use of law, nor for loss of business profits, business interruption, computer failure, business information loss or other losses.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The governing law and jurisdiction that will apply in case of any dispute or lawsuit arising out of or in connection with this Agreement,will depend on your billing address if you are a paid customer and your state or country of domicile in all other cases.Accordingly,each party agrees to the governing law(without regard to choice or conflicts of law rules)and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts mentioned in case of any dispute or lawsuit arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
Other
In case of any suspicious legal activities, even inactivity or requests from law enforcement or other government agencies, we may suspend your account or temporarily ban all or part of your access to any service. In addition, we reserve the right to terminate your account and refuse service if we reasonably believe that you have violated the agreement.
